Please contact Sheepy Life within 7 days of delivery if an order is incorrect, arrives damaged, or needs to be returned.

Incorrect or damaged orders

If Sheepy Life sends the wrong item, the correct order will be sent at no additional charge. If an item is damaged before delivery, Sheepy Life will replace the damaged component after timely contact.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted after contacting Sheepy Life. Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility. For an exchange, contact Sheepy Life first so the replacement can be coordinated after the return is received.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of a correction or replacement, contact Sheepy Life within 7 days of delivery. The order price is refunded after the returned product is received; return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
